Default Rush: Clockwork Angels

I am going to see a great prog-rock band called Rush tonight and u thought I would review their newest album.

Clockwork Angels is the 20th album by Rush, and consists of 12 songs.

There are some great songs on this album like The Wreckers, Caravan, The Anarchist, and Clockwork Angels. Other songs go on for too long. The last song called "The Garden" is just boring and I never even cared to listen to it while I was listening again.

I'm going to be honest, Geddy Lee's voice has dropped a lot. But the album understood that and made it so the songs are lower in pitch. It sounds more metal but still sounds great!

From what I could tell, it is a concept album, but really doesn't rely on the story.

I personally give it a 3/5. Some songs are very great while others really lack.

I think it's the best thing they've put out in well over 20 years. But yeah, it ain't no Permanent Waves.
