Surely it makes more sense to award the #1 albums 20 points? #2 gets 19 and so on.

Yes, this would be the correct formula. My original formula was conceived under in the influence of lack of sleep and heavy doses of narcotic laced buttermilk.

I will edit the original post when I get home with all relevent corrections.

Also it would not be fair to include greatest hits compilations in this.

Let me know if there are any other ground rules you all would like fleshed out.
