Its too tough to compare or rate top ten among the albums created by legendary rock band, The Pink Floyd.

If only Wish You Were Here was higher up, apart from that it's close to perfect.

This is tough.
  1. Piper at the Gates of Dawn
  2. Dark Side of the Moon
  3. Wish You Were Here
  4. Saucerful of Secrets
  5. The Wall
  6. Animals
  7. Meddle
  8. Ummagamma
  9. Atom Heart Mother
  10. Believe it or not, The Endless River

#10 might actually be my AOTY.

The Animals reminds me of the song "animals" from Maroon 5

Wish You Were Here
Dark Side of the Moon
Animals
The Final Cut
The Division Bell
The Wall
A Momentary Lapse of Reason
Meddle
Obscured By Clouds

The rest of their catalogue does not interest me at all.

The Syd Barrett era for me was the best and most creative musically when you consider the technology that was or wasn't available at the time. Dark Side of the Moon remains a classic I feel largely for it's production. I've known hi-fi buffs who calibrate their systems using this album even though they don't particularly like it, go figure!! Mostly I like the top 10 that Mooneh has made, not really because I agree but because it's made me want to listen to them all again. My personal 5 faves in order are:

1. Piper at the gates of dawn (I could listen to Lucifer Sam all day!)
2. Wish you were here
3. Meddle
4. Dark side of the moon
5. Animals

So, there-you-go!!

The song they wrote as a tribute to Syd Barrett was better than any of the songs Syd wrote.

Default Interesting topic...

I agree with you.
Comfortably numb is however my best song ever for Pink Floyd.
