I can understand not liking Nevermind...hell, I can even understand not liking Ten. But for someone who appreciates metal, how can you not enjoy Dirt and Badmotorfinger just a little? I will defend Badmotorfinger until the day I die. That album is an absolute classic and people should play it to their children to put them to sleep.

i said Ten does not belong with the other three

not that the other three are bad, only that Ten is bad

who is bill graham?

this album is probably the best thing ever put onto a cd. seriously...i'm amazed more people haven't posted in here. i start to get the shakes if i don't listen to ten at least once a week.

I've never liked 'Ten' or 'Batmotorfinger' or 'Dirt' because they all feature vocalists who make me laugh so much that I can hardly discern the mediocre songwriting and instrumentation from my own guffaws.

No, that was a too harsh and silly criticism. Damn, those singers sound awful though.

I prefer "Vs" but this album was a huge inspiration to me as well. Mike McCready is severely underrated.
