Default Joe Goddard - 'Harvest Festival'

Philosophy, will struggle to justify the existence of this record. Contains zero surprises, one of Hot Chip solo debut is a synthetic analogue of the sun shower electronics that, in terms of Alexis Taylor 'Rubbed Out', only confirms what we already know. Namely, that Hot Chip's dynamic creative based on the user bringing the folk, rock and soul songcraft, and Goddard of bleeps. However, the "Harvest Festival" is still pretty neat. Goddard music pivots around key characteristics: cheerful melody, lower case, melancholy and sharp, bright, bruises synth sounds. Consequently, he can toy with everything from Detroit techno to dubstep, but "Harvest Festival" hangs appeasement.
