Alright, got all up except coryallen's! I will get to those as well, but I would prefer it if you (cory) would write a new post with the links rather than just the thread they're in. It's a bit of work having to collect all the links / info and I don't wanna do all of it.

If you don't know how to get the link to a specific post, just copy the "link target" from the "permalink" up in the right corner of the post you want.
