The only song I have heard was "Handlebars" on the radio on the way to work. It wasn't that this song isn't kinda catchy and it did seem to have some kinda message or thought put into it; it was **** like "even when the paths're all crookedy" and "Me and my friend saw a platypus; Me and my friend made a comic book" that make nobody want to hear the whole album.

but why wouldn't they want to based upon those two lines?

I think you're seeing them as a Fred Durst come to, where in they thought these were brilliant lines.

I don't think their supposed to stand on their own or be taken from context.
