Personally, I thought this album was one of the best Incubus have released, Quicksand/A kiss to send us off works perfectly, and their lyrics are solid as usual.
For me, the only low point is "dig" and after Love Hursts the album goes from strength to strength, Diamonds, Oil and Water, paper shoes and Rogues being some of my favourite songs to date. Yes, this album isn't like any other album incubus have released, but isn't that a good thing? it shows a band with great talent, one which can stretch out and broaden their sounds without completely abandoning their roots.

I think its their worst album, S.C.I.E.N.C.E. and Morning View being their best. But its still good.
