Heidi Montag/Pratt. That douche she is with is her husband Spencer Pratt. They are easily the biggest fame whores in the country. They also do things that make me seriously consider homicide. They were on the TV show The Hills for a while and left because the Spencer dude was making death threats and then Heidi filed a complaint of sexual harassment with a producer because they weren't allowed on the show anymore. Heidi has tried making music which I can only say is horrible garbage.
