Ill give you cajuns that besides the fact Tab benoit is from there. One more thing yall got right was your ability to spice up your food. Some of the best cooking ive ever had the pleasure of sampling was in Louisiana. Your roads however are not up to par in the least..lol. Not to mention the ones that are surrounded by swamp on either side and have signs that say (do not pull over or exit vehicle at night because of alligators) But your food is awesome!!
