I still think Ciao! is pretty hard to beat as a tech/house pop album. I mean seriously its got one hell of a bunch of classics on it...

Mind Dimension
Shoes
Sex O'Clock

All these were getting heavy DJ play for ages, plus the rest of the album is not too shabby at all in terms of songs.
