Hey folks, this is my first post! I'm not big on introductions, but I really like the look of this place, and I look forward to contributing some intelligent, nourishing conversation. 
Anyways, was listening to the 1997 song "Polar Opposites" by Modest Mouse (check it out on Youtube, I can't post links just yet) and I wondered what you guys might think of it in respect to Indie-emo. It's not
that moody or anything (it would definitely have an emphasis on the 'Indie' part of the word), but it does seem kind of similar to other indiemo stuff that's a little more on the happy side.
What do you guys think?
