For those that would like their intelligence insulted:

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO A THREAD

Inside the thread you wish to subscribe to, click 'Thread Tools' immediately above and to the right of the first post.
Locate and click 'Subscribe to this Thread'.
Select your notification preference, then click 'Add Subscription'.

When the thread you're subscribed to is posted in, you will be provided a link to it in your User CP.
