I've made a new thread that I would like to market to the rest of the community. Here it is :

The reason I don't wanna promote the thread in that thread is because I think it should be free for discussion posts. The idea for the thread is basically a news or feed thread which updates with a post every time something "significant" happens on Musicbanter such as the release of a themed comp, a new album discussion thread for an album club, a new album review, a new journal starts up etc. Those who subscribe to the thread will find it bumped in their User CP every time something has happened on the site which will help them stay in the know. The reason this is useful is because a lot of the threads people put work and effort into are not able to compete with the lounge threads and the like when it comes to staying bumped on the new posts page and the like. People often don't know about the work members of our community put into this site because they don't see it, a problem such a thread should help fix.
For this to work, people have to subscribe to it and they have to use it as a place to advertise the stuff their projects on the forums .. So, I would like to promote the thread and humbly ask you to
subscribe/use it and, of course, any feedback is welcome.
