Whilst there is some good dialogue here and there and a couple of really great scenes, it is yet another self indulgent bunch of set pieces cobbled together with his usual chapter headings and on screen graphics.
I couldn't really care for any of the characters apart from the cinema owner and it was far too long (as usual).
Before I get the usual Tarantino fanboys on my back daring to criticise one of his films (8.5 on IMDB wtf?), I watch every single film without any prejudice and just say what I think and I think it's yet another forgettable film the walking chin has dealt out since Kill Bill vol 1 (oh and well done Tarantino for getting in your foot fetish shot and being so post modern as to put a David Bowie track in a film set in the 40's yes I know it's a homage- we get it. You love movies, now write and direct something with substance like your first two movies FFS).
Christoph Waltz was damn good in it though. Sinister and comedic.
