Technically, rap is just a mixture of spoken word, and sound collage. I think both need to be explored extensively. Especially sound collage which is why it's good that Girltalk is somewhat known.
Or at least be like Saul Williams, and give off an aura of intellect. I can see where the standpoint is coming from being tired of the "booty and ho's" style of hip-hop. This I don't see breaking any ground since it's just a parody of hip-hop something that's existed for almost as long as hip-hop itself.
I think though the Ukulele in Mr.B is actually a welcome surprise for the gimmick that it is. It's actually fun to listen to.
