what a way to start the new year!!!!....this is damn near perfect....i was not expecting something so somber and yet so full of light....right from the beginning there is multiple layers to the music...and that voice is amazing....it's interesting...upon reading about him it says that he was interested in just how music makes a person cry and that is what inspired him to start making music....i tell ya what....i've listened to this album at least 6 times now....and although i have not cried yet....i can almost guarantee that it could bring me to tears if i was in the right 'set'....this is deeply emotional and real in both musical instrumentation and lyrics

an interesting side note is that he was a memeber of the short lived Coil tribute band
This Immortal Coil....and is behind the most bone chilling song on their album
Red Queen....you should really check it out if you have not already
