Just to try and get the ball rolling ever so slightly ..
I think ignorance is a huge problem in the world, so one of the things I would like to try to achieve would be to have a proper education for all children in the civilized parts of our world, an education which also teaches science and critical thinking so that people are taught to question science, religion, culture and so on.
How you'd get money to build schools and get an education for everyone in the world would require some re-allocation of worldly resources that I haven't really solved just yet.
