Lookin sharp bud.
Ive been off work, hockey, and working out now almost 2 months cause of some health issues. I was at my absolute prime before all this. Im also an ectomorph body type so Ive got a real hard time putting on weight. I managed to get up to a super lean 185 at only 6ft tall. I really dont have any photos at all showing, but since then Ive already gone down to just over 170...which is a huge letdown. No matter what I eat, I cant keep the weight on without constantly weight training. I guess Ive got something to strive real hard for again once Im back on my feet.
