To be completely honest, I think was blown out of proportion. Like Chris Rock said, things used to be different in comedy clubs. A comedian could say anything he wanted and it'd stay in that club. What he did was stupid, but I don't think he had ill intent. According to him, the heckling was getting bad so he tried to stop it by "being even more outrageous". Might just have been a joke that bombed that night had it not been for YouTube. And now, everybody has to be so PC all the time because they're petrified that anything they say will be taken out of context or blown up with the internet.
