The rest are British and are all tremendously funny. Do Americans 'get' British humour? Because there's all this talk of '  British humour' like you don't get it, yet the Brits seem to understand and appreciate American stand up just as much as British stand up. So I just don't know.

Oh okay, I do know who Bill Hicks is, I just haven't heard much of his material because it's from a while ago.
