Here is video from a 1977 episode of "The Tomorrow Show" in which Tom Snyder with help from Bill Graham, Robert Hilburn, Kim Fowley, Joan Jett & Paul Weller tries to figure out this new music the kids are listening to. Is it Punk, Street Music, Power-Pop or New Wave?...or as Joan says we're just Rock & Roll?
