Thing is, I really went when I first listened to this and heard it was considered "chill wave". It's just mellow electronic/IDM-ish/synth funk to me. I guess maybe that's what chill wave is, I don't know. I think it's fucking IDM. We don't need no new stinking name for it. But to answer the question, I can't think of anything really close to this at the moment...I'll keep thinking on it. Glad you like it! I'm planning to check out some other artists on the label and associated labels when I get some time.
