That's why you buy a book on how to knit, learn the very basics, then teach people. Trust me it's not as hard as it looks. A girl I dated back in '08 could knit in a darkened movie theater. When I was still living in Vancouver knitting came back in a big way a few years ago, I must have known at least 10-15 girls in their 20's who knitted.
Again it i was just a suggestion for cheap ways to liven up your Tuesday nights.
