With the album name, Jenghiz Khan - Well cut it should bring up the right band.
But basically they're a belgian band, blend of hard rock/prog/pyschedelia, among other things. They only made the one album, Well Cut 1971. I heard they made it in their basement or something man, it's got a unique sound to it, one of my favourites.
