I have work to do and no motivation at all to do it. Having an 'on the side' job that you can do in your own time is awesome, but if you're really lazy (like me) you end up with days like today where you've been putting it off for so long you now have to spend the entire day catching up. Sigh. I just really cannot be arsed.

On the plus side... Over a week since I gave up smoking. I had a bit of a fail Tuesday, but I'm back on track now. Still no alcohol and no caffiene after midday (having lived on Coke and Tea for 10 years, the blinding withdrawl headaches were a bit too much - I've comprimised with myself

). I haven't felt this healthy in 10 years!!
