Seriously though, I feel sorry for the poor potential girlfriends of musicians who want to offload all their "projects" on a girl for "opinions", as though it wasn't a date, but a screening.

I know right. I actually don't mind, at first I was flattered that he would even want my opinion... or maybe just a chance to show off, haha. But I like listening to new music and I enjoy his band so it's a pleasure really. Plus it works two ways, he has to put up with hearing my 'music,' i.e. singing badly in the shower/ car/ anywhere else, abusing my bass, and playing terribly on his guitars without asking.
