Shallow might be the last word I'd use to describe this movie. I might even say it's over emotional.
It revived in some way the local industry. At least, for the first time in post-1975 Lebanon, a film doesn't talk about the Lebanese war, but the Lebanese society, and quite genuinely.
So I should say, it has become a classic.
Finally a movie we can incorporate its dialogue in every day life jokes.
