Lol, i'm guessing you're referring to the album
Push The Button. 'Believe' was not made by Q-Tip, he had absolutely nothing to do with that song. That song was made and produced by The Chemical Brothers and features guest vocals from Bloc Party frontman Kele Okereke. Q-Tip only did guest vocals on the song 'Galvanize' and in that song The Chemical Brothers wrote the lyrics and wrote and produced the music. So yes they do make their own music.
