The first result, Topdocumentaryfilms.com is a good one. Great video quality and a huge selection. Then there are the hundreds of other sites hosting thousands of documentaries. All online streams.
I've been ripping through about 3 documentaries a day. Mostly science docs though. :/
My faves have to be the Earth series. Nature docs in general, science docs, and neuroscience docs. Religious history docs are good too. Sh it... I watch a lot of documentaries. I'll have to keep with this thread and post what really stands out for me.

You, my friend, are awesome. That link provided gives me such a bone. I've been a doc whore lately as well, but going through blockbuster online, and its not up to par with my movie watching ability. I'm hooked already.
