Yeah im pretty sure i know what to expect from Saxon. Maybe nothing id fall in love with but they could be fun live. I dont think i would pay to go a gig of theirs so if theres no other band on at the same time that i really wanna see then ill probably use that opportunity to check them out. I would like to have heard a little more before i do that. If i like the compilation, i might well check out that album.
And as far as John Martyn goes, i started at the beginning. I usually do. I never got past the first two albums.
