Well, I'm sorry to be the one to have to tell you this... but your computer might be a piece of garbage. After looking around for Fujitsu Amilo support (which I've never even heard of before this) without luck, I stumbled upon their forums and discovered that A LOT of people are having the same problem with the X series and none of them have had their problems fixed. The whole not-booting thing.
The most educated analysis offered faults the motherboard.
Apparently they use inferior products in their computers and they install the cheapest parts available... in the case of a motherboard, it's kind of important that it's not crap.
If I were you, I'd send it back if it's under warranty and have them replace the motherboard. If it's not, you can maybe bring it to a shop and have them replace the motherboard but it will cost you.
