I'll back his claim. I have seen it in California. I know Dr. Frankel from Green Bridge Medical prescribes MJ for mental health reasons.

Cannabanoids are being found to have many more medical characteristics every day. Scientists have found evidence contradictory to current negative mental health beliefs in the affect of MJ on the brain. Thus including psychosis and schizophrenia.
