Stunning trip-hop tinged pop. Martina was the vocalist from Tricky...she definitely seems to know what she is doing on her own as well.
Great album. It was recommended to me about a year ago and it's stayed in regular rotation on my Zune. She really does have a sweet voice.

Currently, I'm digging this album:

Z.Z. Hill - The Down Home Soul of Z.Z. Hill

Lately I've really been craving alot of soul and blues music, so a friend of mine sent me a link to this RYM list of Southern Soul albums. Some fantastic finds there, and that's where I found Z.Z. Hill. This isn't the album that was on the list, but I'm extremely pleased with the one I found. Soul and blues pretty much overlap most of the time, and I think this album is great example of both sounds coming together. Plus, he's from Texas, and I do like to give props to artists from home.

Have a listen if ya care to. There aren't necessarily the best songs on the album, but youtube is limited.
