Good job. Thats the best way to do it. I just quit about 6 months ago.
And to answer your question Laterus, I have many very close people in my life that battle addiction, so I know about it first hand. Seeing this had made me develop a habit. Anytime I start becoming dependent on a substance, or start craving it, thats when I quit. Gotta keep yourself in check. My biggest struggle is MJ. I haven't smoked since 4/19. I know that doesn't sound impressive, but it is for a pothead. I usually take a few months off, then slowly start to smoke more and more, then take another few months off. I haven't drank anything either, which is another HUGE struggle,as I come from a long line of full blown alkys.
