I'd highly recommend The Armando Innucci shows too. Not really a sitcom but he partly wrote most of the ones in your list.
There was an awesome sitcom in the late 80s called Chelmsford 123, might be hard to get hold of though. I'm STILL waiting for it to come out on Dvd

The first series of Reginald Perrin is so good I can barely put into words how I feel about it. It genuinely is a masterpiece of writing. I could watch it for hours.
