Im not sure if I understand what you're saying, are you saying the best rap album released in 1994 was Illmatic or the best Rap album of all time was Illmatic? The former I might be willing to give you (personally I don't think it was the best in 94 but I can understand why some would rate it like that) but if it's the latter then you're just plain crazy.
