It's possible, not sure. Though I have noticed in the latest Dinosaur Jr. album that some of the guitar playing reminds me of Built to Spill.

And I say that because I'm relatively inexperienced with Dinosaur Jr., having only heard 2 of their albums, but I'm very familiar with all of Built to Spill's material.
