i'm surprised no one has mentioned Brian Molko. a lot of people i know hate his voice, but i love it. a lot.
Billy Corgan's voice can grate on me a bit, i'm a fairly casual Pumpkins fan anyway but couldn't see myself taking his voice in any more than small doses. apart from that, there aren't many others i could think of.
