Schlong circumsition helps prevent the spread of HIV which, in some countries, would be good. I guess the little HIVs are nice and snug under their skin blankets. Female genital mutilation could be a way to oppress female sexuality I guess, but what's the cultural explanation for it? And why circumcise schlongs?
