personally i'd lean towards the MV2266 but that's because i already have an old valvestate 40, which the DSL401 seems to be a souped up version of (AWESOME little amp for jamming with friends though)

Hahaha, wow you're the first person I've met who knows where my name comes from. I've been using it for years! :P
Basically I'll be using the amp to jam with friends and bedroom playing but I want to have the choice of playing gigs too.
