At parts he does come off as the pretentious NY artist that he is but you can tell form this that he's not really any stranger than anybody. He just has a different point of view than most .. and breast implants.

That *was* an interesting interview, Engine. Genesis explains about the breast implants that s/he wants to destroy stereotypes and archetypes, black/white, and the concept of male/female to prevent people from hating anything that is "other."
I find it interesting, though, that Genesis so embraces cosmetic surgery (anything that changes the body) as if such change really substantively modifies the self. Really, in my experience, simply not shaving is a much easier and non-invasive way to challenge traditional gender dichotomies. Really freaks people out!
