What's annoying is that it causes a hick-up in reading the sentence. It ruins the flow and I have to go "wait...what? ah ok" so it's annoying. But yes, everyone makes mistakes. It's the ones that are consistently bad that are annoying. And I don't single anyone out, I don't keep track of who does what.
