Otherwise you end up with mindless crap with no backbone. Don't get me wrong I'm guilty of listening to it. It's more of a general statement.
It's kinda what defines you as punk IMO. Something has too. I mean what some people consider punk now is unreal. It's how punk started and should be honored.
