As posted by others, I will second/third the following great albums:

Tera Melos - Tera Melos
Minus The Bear- Highly Refined Pirates
Maps and Atlases- Trees, Swallows, Houses (You and Me and the Mountain is also fun, slightly less good)
Slint- Spiderland
Polvo - Today's Active Lifestyles (and Celebrate the New Dark Age EP)
Rodan - Rusty
June of 44 - Four Great Points (their first 2 are great too)

I like Drive Like Jehu but I personally don't think they are math rock. Same for Hot Snakes and 65daysofstatic. Don Caballero definitely is, but I have mixed feelings about them. I need to check my home collection for some more recos.
