Already listened to this album so I'll just post my opinion about it.
I hated it.
When I heard this albums sound would stray away from the overdone nickelback-esque sound in
A Beautiful Lie, I decided I'd give this band another chance. Rarely do I come across music that is so pretentious that it turns me off(I mean I listen to The Smiths
),seeing as this band had already dissapointed me by its vain attempts to be progressive, and turned out to be the same boring alternative sound that they constantly dismiss; the fact that frontman Jared Leto promised a more experimental sound, and ended up with that nonsensical 'Emotronic' garbage, once again turns me off from this band, this time for good. If I want to hear music crying about how 'The whole world's falling apart', I'll listen to The Antlers.
