But I think that's more an issue when dealing with scenarios where people are on X. Out of everything I've done, ecstasy is probably the only thing I can say holds a potential for over-hydration. People hear so much about the dehydrating effects of their experience that they sometimes overcompensate and it leads to disaster. It's especially true when you can't feel the physical effects that would normally clue someone in.
Water isn't "the answer". Nor can it "only improve".
What improves your situation is having someone there who's sober and knowledgeable and capable of ensuring the safety of everyone else.
