well i was looking over some of the beginners comps that i submitted and realized that probably not many people checked them out because of the large number of songs i submitted. so, i decided to revamp a few with less songs and switch/omit a few from previously into a new collection.

so i'll start with

The Beginner's Guide To Clutch

This Maryland based group has been in the music business since they hit the DC hardcore scene in 1990. an astounding 20 years and 19 releases later, they have cultivated a strong cult following for their brand of bluesy rock, which also takes elements of metal, punk, stoner rock, funk and mixing them together with Zeppelinesque mysticism and lyrics that can range from stories of mythology and history to twisted and cryptic tales and adventures.

if you've been wondering why i love this group so much, take a listen to this collection.

The Elephant Riders~The Elephant Riders
Rock N Roll Outlaw~Clutch
Gullah~Robot Hive/Exodus
