Hard to say because there have been a ton of great albums in the past ten years, but I think I'd probably have to go with
The Garbageman and the Prostitute by Kill Me Tomorrow. I love the hell out of this album and haven't grown tired of listening to it at all in the nearly six years I've owned it.
