meh. it's all nerochemistry.
if you do a lot for a long time it can definitely have long term effects. my drug years were basically limited to my time at uni. well, my undergrad. i stopped before grad school. but i tell you what - smoking dope every day for just 4 years definitely slowed me down a bit. not mentally - i'm still sharp as a tack - but more in a literal sense. mellow my man style.
